Dayana,

Try G. Landini's *Threshold_Colour*  plugin. You can get to it via
ImageJ/Plugins. Then look up Landini's page. The plugin will compute HSV
histogrms from an RGB image. I found that varying the threshold on the Hue
histogram separates out color regions in the image nicely. This should be a
good start point.
