Quantification of Inflammation

Dear All,

Does anyone know if it would be possible to quantify inflammation using
Imagej? I have sections of mouse pancreas and kidneys stained with
hematoxilyn /eosin, azan, fluorescence (several CDs), etc. I am just
wondering if I could measure the inflammation area and compare the groups.
