Dear Bob,
we might arrange some support in installation using remote desktop or  
VNC (for free). However a minimum expertise is needed to write macros:  
macro syntax is not that difficult, but usually difficulties are in  
the serial protocol (which is up to you), and in peripheral  
configuration (do you know baud rate, stop bits, parity, etc?).
