EDS - Spectral data import

Hi, I have spectral data from an Energy Dispersive spectrometer (EDS)
which is in an EMSA file format.  Is there any ImageJ plug-in that will
handle this type of file format and provide me with statistical data from
the spectral information? Y= Counts, X= Energy(keV).
