Hi Santosh,

Open the images that you want to merge. Then just go to Image - Color -
Merge Channels. Use the drop-down boxes to select the image you want for
each colour channel and proceed. You can choose to keep the source
images or not.

If you haven't matched the intensities well when capturing, you can
adjust those intensities first under Image - Adjust - Window/Level.

I have taken images using different filters under fluorescence
microscope
(Purpose: double Immunohistochemistry)
How can I merge those images in one image by using Image J.
