Loading Leica image stack, batch merging

Hi,

i don't hope that this question was already answered - i haven't found something like that in the forum. I have scanned confocal images with a Leica Micrsocope. Now i have a stack of image files. Each slice consists of three files, each one for a color channel. Is there any possibility to perform a stack fusion, something like fusing a slice from the green stack, red stack and blue stack into a fusion image (Merge). As the result i would like to have a stack of fusion images. Is there any possiblity to do so?
