spe files

Dear all I have been asked how to open an spe file and this is easy with
the plugin found under "input/output".
There 3 plugins OpenSpe, Saveasspe and ReadHeader, unfortunatly this one
essentiel to get the metadats does not work.

Can someone help me with that ?

PS : I allready tried to change the name of this plugin by appending an
underscore...
