Euler characteristic / Connectivity plugin

Hi all

I've just posted a first version of a plugin that calculates the Euler
characteristic and estimates connectivity of binary stacks.  It's mainly
intended for trabecular bone, so the connectivity estimate assumes there
is only one, connected foreground particle, no cavities and 1 background
particle.

It is giving pretty good results so far, and I'd welcome any suggestions
or bug fixes you might have.
