Just now, I installed the software imageJ. I heard that this software is usefull to analyze the measurement area of the leaves. I have experiment by doing antifeedant assay on insect larvae. I have already scanned the rest of the leaves area that already eaten by larvae. Unfortunately I still did not understand for making calculation the leaf area by this software.
Would you please, anyone help me to solve my problem by giving assitance to use this software?
