tracking in time-lapse pictures

Hi,

I'm a new user of ImageJ.

I took some Time-Lapse pictures in a Nikon Microscope to follow the
migration of some cells. Now I need to track those cells but I could not
find the right plugging that I need to download.

*Does anybody know which plugging I should use to track those cells or where
can I download the full version of ImageJ?*
