Image normalization

Hi, I am a fresh user of ImageJ and plan to normalize banded-chromosome
images however I am
a bit confused about where to start and what to do! so I appreciate if
you can kindly give me some
tips to begin with. I have uploaded some of my images for you to get a
better insight.
