Plugin Announcement: 'Alpha Channel'

Hi ImageJers,

since there have been occasional requests concerning an alpha channel  
in this mailinglist:

I have put a simple version online. It is NOT the equivalent to  
layers in GIMP or Photoshop. Instead, it is a plugin that uses the  
undo buffer to blend the original with the processed/pasted image.
