I did the very same and the plugin appears , but directly in the Plugins
Menu, not in Plugins / Stacks

Hello
I am beginner in using Image J, and I have problem adding plugins to the
main program.
For instance I tried to add stack builder by the following way:
Open Image J
Go to internet
Plugins> Stack> stack builder
Installation: download stack builder.class to the plugins folder and
restart Image J
I saved it in program files/imagej/plugins, restart image J.  I can’t see
it in the plugins.
Could you please help with that?
