Coordinates of the center of a particle in a densly packed image

Hi,

I am trying to find out the coordinates of a densely packed monodisperse
particle. When I move the cursor after loading the image in Imaje J, it
shows me the coordinates. Is these any way to write the coordinate in a file
after clicking on the center of the particle? Can you please help me out in
this regard?

I have tried to do the same by analyzing the center of mass as well as
centroid but it did not work (I think because of very densely packed
particles!).
