ultrasound - skeletal muscle

Hi there,

We would like to measure muscle fascicle elongation by automaticaly tracking
the displacement of anatomical references in ultrasound images. I have seen
that others have managed to do so by writing some Matlab code around the
Lukas-Kanade algorithm. I know absolutely nothing about using algorithm or
writing ImageJ plugins, but I was wondering if someone had already done
something similar?
