how to calculate min and max of images

Hello EveryOne,

          I am using imagej tools for opening my images.
for changing the image window width and center imagej provides setMinAndMax()
So according to that min and max window level is set.

But my purpose is to by changing the Window width and window center i have to set min and max
Example:-

Suppose
Min = -32733 , Max = 32883
then
WindowCenter = (Max + Min)/2  = (32883 -32733)/2 =   150/2 = 75
WindowWidth = (Max - Min) = 32
But How to calculate min and max from Window Width and window center.
