Set up threshold for body fat

Hello,
I need to work on CT scan images in order to measure Body Fat.
I have to set up the threshold to -190/-30 (lower/higher). But my images have threshold values of 3200/3300. These seem to be out of the slider range.
I can not set the -190 value ( the lowest), but I can the -30 ( the highest).
Any idea- any help ? There is any other way to measure body fat?
