Hi Hugo,

It looks like the problem is that you have some plugins installed multiple time.

You can install the plugin jar files in ImageJ/plugins or in any subdirectory.
The ones you have problems with are installed in ImageJ/plugins/plugins
If you already have these plugin jar files installed in say
ImageJ/plugins, they will be duplicated.

The plugin jar file that you have duplicated are:
* File_IO.jar
* LSM_Reader.jar
* Exif_reader.jar

Try to remove them from ImageJ/plugins/plugins
