bUnwarpJ: plugin update

Dear ImageJ community,

I just updated bUnwarpJ (consistent and elastic image registration) to
fix some bugs concerning restoring the input images to their initial
state after calling the plugin: masks are now erased even when "cancel"
is pressed and the original ROIs are restored.
