How can you set mergeOption = not merge

Hi everyOne,

I am opening JPEGLossless images through bioFormat.jar same as ImageJ.
When i open a image from folder it add frames of all the series due to channel merger option.
But when you saw opening images through Imagej->plugins->LOCI->bioFormatImporter
then different series are not merge.

How can i set mergeOption = not merge by calling bio-Format.jar.
