Problem in using Image as Parameter in Applet for DICOM Images

Hi,
 
Have upgraded my jar file to latest version i.e., 1.41j.
and tried DICOM Images as a parameter in applet, am still facing problems with loading this images like sometimes the image is loading partially and sometimes blank screen, but never got the full image.
 
can any one help me with this
