Rotating Calipers Plugin

Hi all

As an exercise in Java, I've just ported my rotating caliper macro to a
plugin, which you can find here:
http://doube.org/plugins.html#rotcal

It measures the longest and shortest distance across an ROI, as though
it was being measured with parallel callipers.
