Dear Veronica,
you can use it. Its very easy to do, like below:
1.open your file (western blott do you have),
2. klik image/color/RGB split
3. chose one of figure
4. use rectangular to select "band" do you need for analyze
5. klik ctrl+1
6. klik analyze/plot profile
you find result in grey scale. If you want to change scale to "OD". you should make "optical density caliberation.

Dear ImageJ users,

I have a quick question.

Am I able to use ImageJ to analyse the bands I have from Western Blot
analyses?  If so, what is the best plugin to use?

Thank you very much for your time.

Regards,
Veronica.
