Open directory dialog box

Goodmorning,
 
I'm facing this problem since a few days with the open directory dialog
box ("Choose a directory").
But I don't have anything to choose, because it doesn't show any
directories, buttons, text, etc.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
 
Restarting my computer doesn't help.
I'm having 3GB RAM which should be sufficient. (ImageJ is using max
800MB)
