Select a color

Hi,
I am very new with Image J and i don't know much about histogram's, how to split colors
I have 2 kinds of images.
The first i need to split the pink area from the white( but there is too much noise on it)
The second i need to split the blue and yellow
Could someone give me a hand with it??
