How can I start to build up an application with ImageJ

Hello, everyone, I am new to Java and ImageJ, so I have a simple question
how I can make an application, primarily running on Windows system. Also,
is there anyone can tell me where I can find source code of an example
applet, ImageJ Embedded in a Web Page?
