Two channels movies

Hi,

I am doing time-lapse microscopy, I use to acquire two channels, mCherry and GFP. To present them during seminars, I would like to play both channels simultaneously, one next to the other and in gray. Movies would be saved in a Quicktime format.

Could anybody help me doing this?

After opening movies in ImageJ, I get both channels in different tabs.
