This is very uncommon behaviour, and should affect ALL images under Imagej,
as the rotation is done
independent off the input file. Never seen this, looks more like a bug in
the windowing subsystem or graphics
hardware, as you also say that the line profile is OK What happens if you
refresh the window (put it in back/
foreground, hide/unhide)!!??
