analyze particles additional measuring variables

as a novice, I would need some help with ImageJ.

I would like to analyze particles with redirection to a gray value image. One of the measured parameters should be the sum and/or mean of the 10 or 20 (best if this could be varied) brightest pixels in each particle. Is there an easy way to do that??
