Jython Interpreter updated

For those of you who use jython scripts and the Jython Interpreter:

- the interpreter now runs on its own thread
(no longer executing on the EventDispatchThread, so no more GUI blocking
during execution)

- added word expansion with TAB (still experimental, will grow to full
class and method names expansion).

The plugin is now wrapped in a jar for convenience.
