Hi Rhodri,
you can invert the whole image ("Invert LUT" or use other image processing)
IMHO only replacing one color out of 256 (or even up to 65536) in the LUT
is probably not what you want, if your background is not 100% flatr and
noisy, it will not work as you expect.
Maybe I do not understand what exactly "default color" means in your
case.....

Hi there,
I was wondering if there is a way of changing the default colour once
the subtract background function has been used.
At the moment it is set to black, and as I am looking at some dark
material it would be useful for me if the background was white not
black.
