Hi Xian Lee,

The only way to see the folders is by going into debugging mode. I mean,
first you have to go to

Run -> Debug Main Project

when the ImageJ window appears, then you can go to

Window -> Debugging -> Sources

then you check all the folders in the Sources tab

and voila!
