You can calculate height maps from stereo pairs.

Stereo SEM can be a powerful, accessible and high resolution tool for
analysis of surface morphology.

Is anyone aware of any ImageJ plugins that can generate 3D models from
stereo SEM images ? Is there any interest in development of such a
plugin ?
