Can I run ImageJ's Macros file in Visual Basic

Hi, I am using ImageJ to analyses tumor's size and location. I also created a macros file for this. And now my problem is: Can I use VB to run ImageJ as i design an interface in VB for image analysis. What is the command i need to typr in VB in order to do so? Pls Help. Thanks in advance, Han Yeoh
