ImageJ exit and closing of frame window

Hi,

I have written a PlugIn (PlugInFrame) which using same native functions. When closing the frame some clean-up work is done, i.e. freeing memory allocated in the native DLL etc.. This is working fine. However when I exit ImageJ without  having closed the frame before, the clean-up is not carried out and this is causing some troubles.

Any ideas how to handle this problem?
