Superimpose

hello,
   
  I am now trying to do superimpose on MRI images. On one MRI image,I would like to cut a desired area and superimpose and paste the area on the second MRI image, by using Image J. Does anyone know the way to do it? I am wondering whether I could do the superimpose by using this software.
