3D time series alignement

Hello,

i'm working on 3D time series and wonder if there is a simple way to
align picture within a stack (like using stackreg)
and then aligning the stacks with the ability to choose a ROI wich will
be the the part I'm interested in.

NB : the 4D acquisition is made on zebrafish and I would like to
compensate for the animal's slight movements during acquisition.
