Tracking and Organizing Objects

I have a stack of images containing objects that change in fluorescence
over time.  I have been using Metamorph to analyze average intensity
changes over time per object and then output it into Excel.

Problem is it counts X objects per time point and lists in that order
and with many objects some not counted to end of time series it is
difficult to analyze.  Is there a script in Image J that could make it
easier to organize data into time versus intensity change per object in
separate columns?
