tilted views of 4d data

Hi Dave,

I wrote a macro that takes 4d data as TIFF stacks (or AVIs) and  
generates batch rotations as single TIFF images that can be compiled  
into a movie. See the "Batch project" macro at:

http://worms.zoology.wisc.edu/research/4d/4d.html

The macro uses "batch" mode to generate the dataset. I don't have one  
that handles multiwavelength (5D) data, however.
