Thanks for your email. I have played with the cell counter and found that it has an important limitation: when counting the "objects" it does not indicate which frame from the movie that the mark was placed onto. It does overcome the issue with the marks not appearing when scrolling with the <> keys, however.
Another issue: is there a way to adjust the playback speed through a movie when using the <> keys? The <> keys scroll through the movie at a slower rate than the arrows at the bottom of the image panel, but I would like to adjust both of them to an optimal speed.
