jre 1.7.0-22

Dear ImageJ development team:

The following IJ menu command

File - Import - Image Sequence

will not work for the following combinations

IJ   JRE
1.37 1.7.0-22 problem
1.38 1.7.0-22 problem
1.39 1.7.0-22 problem

Symptom: no response after file selection dialog, IJ remains active

IJ   JRE
1.37 1.3.1-11 OK
1.38 1.3.1-11 OK
1.39 1.3.1-11 OK
1.37 1.6.0-05 OK
1.38 1.6.0-05 OK
1.39 1.6.0-05 OK

Can someone advise where my mistake is?

JRE 1.7.0-22 is obtained from

download.java.net/jdk7/binaries

version: MS Windows, the JAR version, not the EXE version

target = "c:\programs\java\jre 1.7.0-22\bin\javaw.exe" -mx80m -cp ij.jar ij.ImageJ
start-in = "c:\programs\nih ij 1.39"
