Dear Helga,
Having a TWAIN driver, the camera can be already accessed in ImageJ
through a couple of TWAIN plugins, which involve the download of an
external library. However, if your driver does not implement the
capture without dialogs, the camera could not be used in an
unsupervised way, i.e., without having to click on a button for
capturing.
If you are able to produce a standard Windows driver (i.e., to make
the camera accessible to any video software on Windows), then the
camera could be used in ImageJ for example through our plugin
CivilCapture; however I do not have direct experience in creating
windows drivers.
