Epifluoresence Confocal Images

Hi All,

I am a new Image J user and would like to know how this program could help
me analyse the results of my experiments.

I have taken a series of Z stack images using CLSM that show two
representative cells stained with two different stains that fluoresce at a
particular wavelength. What I would like to do is to calculate the ratio of
fluorescence of one stain to the other in each image.

Any help would be much appreciated.
