Olympus spinning disk confocal

Hello,
We are currently using InVivo from Media Cybernetics to aquire our images. I am having difficulty opening these Z-Stacks as individual channels. When I use the import feature all 3 channels are added as a full sequence, but in the correct order. I have a deinterleaving package, but it does not appear to separate the channels correctly. Is there a more straight forward way to open these images (we simply use the "*.qrs" file when using Image Pro Plus). Any help would be appreciated.
