When I run from the ij.jar file, the program boots, but I get two
instances of IMageJ, one normal and one running as ij.imagej. I
also determined that the latest Micro-Manager instance of ImageJ
works (there are some error messages on startup, but it is
functional). Both versions of ImageJ have the javaapplicationstub
file in the package, but in some cases there is also a file called
javaapplicationstub-old. Dave
