Dear Younes Leysi Derilou,

Thanks for the reply I do not have the pictures yet . But i will be able to mail them to you in a couple of days. I plan to take images with both phase contrast and fluorescence channel and merge them together to give a single image which will have both GFP positive (Green) plus GFPnegative (no colour) cells in a single image. May be this info might help you for mean time.
