plugins for Matrox meteror II frame grabber card and Winfast TVUSB II

Dear Experienced users,

I would like to acquire both single images (snap) and continuous images ( video) of  live cells with a Nikon 100 eclipse microscope equipped with mercury lamp and a GFP filter ( The microscope is meant for cell culture lab only).

What we have is a Matrox meteror  II frame grabber card  alternatively we also have Winfast TV  USB II.

Which plugins I need, to use these hardware with Image J and how to configure them.

I used WinDVD creator with moderate success because of its   limted options.

Can I use micromanager to configure the above mentioned hardware for these puposes , if yes How should I do it ?
