Could you tell me please what is the pixel aspect ratio? Is it the ratio of two values shown by cursor when I move it on picture?

With image open, select set scale from analyze menu and fill in drop
down. Then redo your calculations.

I've 8 bit SEM image. I calculated surface roughness using plugin. But
it gives Rq value in pixel. How can I corelate this to real scale (
micrometer) ?
