Hi all,
we would like to use the Virtual Stack Opener plugin to view big
microscope data sets because the dataset is too big to load it into
memory completely.
To inspect the files, the contrast needs to be changed. Unfortunately
the plugin doesn't allow to edit files and changes are not saved as soon
as another slice of the stack is selected. So each slice has the
original contrast again, when another slice was viewed in between.
Also ImageJ doesn't change show the new selected slice with the choses
contrast, even if the brightness and contrast dialog is left open.
Has anyone a suggestion how to deal with this?
Either each slice needs to be saved back to disk before the next slice
is loaded or the selected contrast should be used for every slice that
is shown.
Thank you and regards,
