Plugin: Non-destructive Circular Grid Overlay

Good day,

I am searching for a non-destructive overlay, that would create a grid
comprising of concentric circles.  I need to be able to adjust the radii of
the inner and outer circles, the spacing between the concentric rings, and
be able to adjust the number of concentric circles.  Finally, I hope that
the overlay would not affect measurements of pixel intensity of ROI that lie
along the rings.
